Based on the decision of the Academic Council of LLC «Independent Professional Expertises» (Minutes No. 06-1/24-003 dated 28.11.2024), on December 3, 2024, a research work was registered at the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information under state registration number 0124U004964 on the topic: “Theoretical and practical foundations of law enforcement and adaptation of civil law mechanisms in the context of modern legal and economic risks”.
Type of subject matter: departmental.
The main direction of the institution’s scientific activity within which the research work is planned to be carried out
encompasses fundamental and applied scientific research, as well as scientific and technical (experimental) developments aimed at improving the mechanisms of independent professional expertise in the form of a conformity assessment, ensuring effective out-of-court resolution of practical issues and the sustainability of economic activities, effective management of legal and economic risks, and increasing the efficiency of law enforcement.
Duration of the research work:
01.01.2025 to 31.12.2027.
The purpose of the work is
the development of scientific and applied approaches and methodological tools for the organization and conduct of independent professional expertise in the form of a conformity assessment in the fields of scientific-legal, scientific-economic, scientific-technical and comprehensive scientific expertise as an element of the mechanism of law enforcement of civil law norms in the context of modern legal and economic risks.
Expected results:
scientific publications in professional journals of Ukraine and in publications indexed by the scientometric databases Web of Science and Scopus; abstracts of presentations at international and all-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences; analytical materials and proposals for improving civil legislation and law enforcement practice; practical recommendations for the expert activities of LLC «Independent Professional Expertises»; a report on the results of the research work.

law-making and law enforcement activities, expert activities of LLC «Independent Professional Expertises», the educational process and scientific and practical events.
Legal effect to be achieved:
improvement of law enforcement mechanisms and adaptation of civil law instruments to modern legal and economic risks with the aim of enhancing the level of legal certainty and ensuring adequate protection of the rights of participants in civil legal relations.
