Topics of scientific research

The main direction of scientific research of LLC "IPE" is aimed at improving law enforcement mechanisms by increasing the effectiveness of independent professional expertise in the form of conformity assessment in Ukraine, which assists legal entities and individuals in exercising their rights and interests in the practical sphere within the legal framework.

Research activities at LLC "IPE" are organized and coordinated by the Director of Research, while overall control over its implementation is exercised by the Director of LLC "IPE". In order to effectively manage scientific and scientific-technical activities, LLC "IPE" has established a collegial body – the Academic Council, which considers key issues of the development of research, expert and scientific-methodological work of the company.

According to the register of accredited conformity assessment bodies of the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (https://naau.org.ua/3-reiestr-akreditovanikh-oov) LLC "IPE" is the first and only accredited inspection body (conformity assessment) in the field of: scientific-legal expertise, scientific-economic expertise, scientific-technical expertise, comprehensive scientific expertise. In this regard, the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of the functioning of inspection bodies in the field of: scientific-legal expertise, scientific-economic expertise, scientific-technical expertise, comprehensive scientific expertise is extremely relevant.

The forms of implementation of scientific research of LLC "IPE" include the development of regulatory documents necessary for carrying out activities, in particular: the procedure for organizing and conducting independent professional expertise in the form of conformity assessment, methodological recommendations, standards of established practice, methods of conducting independent professional expertise in the form of conformity assessment, standardized technical conditions of independent professional expertise in the form of conformity assessment; technological cards for conducting independent professional expertise in the form of conformity assessment according to the relevant category of fulfillment of the customer's task and others.

In accordance with the Research Work Plan of LLC "IPE" for the calendar year, approved by the Academic Council of LLC "IPE" (for 2025 – minutes No. 07-1.2/25-001 dated 19.01.2025; for 2026 – minutes No. 07-1.2/25-003 dated 29.12.2025), the following research topic is being carried out:

Based on the results of the conducted research, LLC "IPE" annually submits interim reports to the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information (UkrISTEI). The obtained results serve as the basis for forming the planning and reporting indicators of the research activities of LLC "IPE".

The systematic scientific activity of LLC "IPE" is aimed at increasing the level of public representation of research results, in particular through the active publication of scientific works by employees in domestic professional journals, as well as in publications indexed in the international scientometric databases Google Scholar, Scopus and Web of Science.

The online activities of LLC «IPE» are aimed at disseminating scientific knowledge and promoting the development of domestic science.
