Generalised theses.
Digital transformation creates great prospects for improving the legal system, contributing to its more effective and accessible functioning in the modern world. However, it is important to combine an innovative approach with careful consideration of ethical standards and ensuring a high level of protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms. Successful adaptation of the legal system to digital realities requires active interaction between human rights defenders, scientists, technological experts and legal authorities.
Successful digital transformation in the legal field also involves active participation in change management, professional development, adaptation of legislation to new realities, and establishment of effective cybersecurity mechanisms. In addition, the implementation of digital technologies requires highly qualified legal personnel who understand and can effectively use these technologies. Educational programs should take these requirements into account, preparing specialists who will be able to work successfully in a digital legal environment.
