Independent Professional Expertises Limited Liability Company (IPE LLC), identification
code of the legal entity: 43530289 - a scientific institution that directs
its intellectual creative activity towards obtaining new knowledge and (or) finding ways to apply it to solve
practical problems arising in the fields of law, economics, and technology, the main activities of which are
fundamental and applied scientific research, scientific and technical (experimental) development.
Professional experts for conformity assessment (independent professional expertise) are authorised by order of IPE LLC and included in the IPE LLC Passport (inspection body in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17020:2019 (EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, IDT; ISO/IEC 17020: 2012, IDT), as having confirmed their professional qualifications and professional competence.
The requirements for professional qualifications and professional competence of professional experts are established by clause 1.4 of the Regulations on Professional Conformity Assessment Experts (Independent Professional Expertise) at IPE LLC, taking into account the requirements of DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17020:2019 (EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012, IDT; ISO/IEC 17020:2012, IDT).
Authorised professional experts conducting conformity assessments (independent professional expertise) confirm their professional competence annually based on the previous year's indicators, namely:
(1) work experience after obtaining a doctoral/candidate of science degree in positions related to scientific and scientific-technical activities or in positions related to scientific and scientific-technical expertise (work experience requirement: less than 2 (two) years);
(2) experience in participating in scientific expert assessments using specialised legal and/or specialised knowledge (participation requirement: at least 2 (two) in a calendar year, similar to the field of scientific specialisation);
(3) scientific publications in domestic professional journals, scientific periodicals of foreign countries; monographs, encyclopaedias, dictionaries, textbooks (excluding teaching aids), collections of scientific works, scientific reference books or indexes published in Ukraine or abroad (requirement for scientific publications: at least 2 (two) per calendar year, related to the field of scientific specialisation);
(4) the availability of published scientific articles (abstracts) in the materials of scientific and practical conferences, round tables, etc. (requirement: at least 2 (two) per calendar year, related to the field of scientific specialisation);
(5) professional development at events related to the field of scientific specialisation or the field of scientific expertise using specialised legal and/or special knowledge (requirement: at least 1 (one) per calendar year).
