Generalised theses.
The analysis conducted allows us to conclude that the scientific and legal expertise of practical problems should receive its legal regulation, and at the same time, appropriate legal requirements should be established for the organization that positions its competence in organizing and conducting scientific and legal expertise. Similarly, legal requirements should be determined for experts participating in conducting scientific and legal expertise. Until these issues are resolved, the expert nature of knowledge carriers in various branches of legal sciences, in particular in the private sector, will be in doubt. However, the demand for expert conclusions of scientific and legal expertise in practical life, especially in conditions of martial law, requires an immediate resolution of these issues.
