Dear scientists!

We invite you to cooperate with IPE LLC in the field of expert activities Professional qualification requirements: 

• the possession of a scientific degree in the field of law (Doctor of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Candidate of Legal Sciences).

Professional competence requirements: 

• work experience after obtaining a scientific degree in the field of law (Doctor of Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Candidate of Legal Sciences) in positions related to scientific, scientific-technical activities or conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertises — at least 2 (two) years;
• presence of scientific publications in domestic professional publications, scientific periodicals of foreign countries, and/or other scientific works (at least 2 (two) per calendar year, related to the field of scientific specialisation);
• presence of published scientific articles (abstracts) in the materials of scientific and practical conferences, round tables, etc. (at least 2 (two) per calendar year, related to the field of scientific specialisation);
• improvement of professional qualifications at events related to the field of scientific specialisation or the field of scientific expertise using specialised legal and/or special knowledge (at least 1 (one) per calendar year).

Terms of cooperation:

• Participation in conducting expertise in a group of experts (at least three) on issues related to the task of the customer of the expertise and your scientific specialty and scientific specialisation; 
• researching the most interesting practical issues that arise in the activities of business entities and require specialised legal and/or special knowledge, non-standard approaches in proving and substantiating conclusions;
• conclusion of a long-term cooperation agreement (5 years) and conclusion of a service agreement for each participation in the expertise;
• Monetary remuneration for participation in each expertise; the amount of remuneration depends on the duration of participation in the expertise and the cost of an expert hour determined for the relevant calendar year. The cost of an expert hour for 2026 is UAH 381,50. Payment is made on the next working day after the signing of the Expert Opinion and the Act of Provision of Service;
• Remote work / work at the office of IPE LLC, located at: Ukraine, 04053, Kyiv, Voznesenskyi Uzviz Street, 10-A, office 304.
